I will be leaving private practice December 6, 2019 and joining a multi specialty group, January 6, 2020 at Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center located at 650 Fulton Street in downtown Brooklyn. I welcome all patients that would like to continue their care at this location.

For pediatric patients requiring new physicians you may contact New York Presbyterian Physician Referral Line, by calling 877-697-9355.

The Physician Referal line can provide pediatricians attached to New York Presbyterian Hospital that accept your insurance. Adult and pediatric allergy patients may use the same referral line. I will be available for emergencies through December 6, 2019 by calling 917-656-1818. Again, it has been my privilege to have provided you with medical care for the last 30 years.
